Neues Spiel - neues Glück :)
Ich habe jetzt Strawberry deinstalliert und unter dem vorgeschlagenen Pfad (C:\Strawberry) neu installiert.
Wenn ich jetzt das Tool 'updateiptc.pl' aufrufe, kommt zuerst der Hinweis you may need to install the CONFIG::Hash module.
Das habe ich gemacht. Beim nächsten Aufruf kommt der Hinweis you may need to install the Text::Iconv module.
Hier hapert es jetzt (bei der vorherigen Installtion unter 'D:\Programme\Strawberry' hatte es noch funktioniert).
Hier sieht's jetzt so aus:

Die .tar.gz-Datei 'C:\STRAWB~1\cpan\sources\authors\id\M\MP\MPIOTR\Text-Iconv-1.7.tar.gz' ist vorhanden.

Wo kann ich jetzt noch dran drehen?
