So wird der Perl-Pfad angezeigt: C:\Perl\site\bin;C:\Perl\bin;

Ich bin jetzt in cpan "reingegangen" genau wie du es beschreibst und habe dann "install GD" eingegeben.
Da passiert auch nichts anderes. Die Pakete werden entpackt und dann:
