Ich möchte also keine empfangenen Emails öffnen sondern ein neues Emailfenster mit einem Betreff und Text zum versenden öffnen.


Wenn ein Standard-Mailclient für das mailto: Protokoll registriert ist, hilft Dir CPAN:Win32::API:
